At 4 Payments we always put customer satisfaction first.
If you don't recognize a charge on your billing statement please email our customer support staff at email@example.com or call us at 503-746-8454 and one of our reps will be happy to look up what the charge is for.
Refunds will be issued in cases where customers genuinely did not use the service or instances where their cards were used by other individuals without their consent.
Your IP address and content usage logs will be reviewed before any refund request is honored and all refunds will be at the discretion of 4 Payments.
